How Do Your Words Grow?
No green thumb required! This is for you to get in touch with your feelings and nature.
1. Write out whatever you need to (the good, bad, and ugly) on the seed paper. The prompt pages are made of hemp (no seeds) and are for you to keep!
2. Tear the page out and bury it in your backyard or a pot. Make sure it is covered with at least 1/4 inch of soil.
3. Shower the plant and yourself generously with love and repeat! The paper will naturally recycle back into the earth!
